A consultation fee of €25 is required for the first appointment, which is a max of 1 hour. This must be paid before or on the day of the first appointment. This fee is non refundable

If however you decide to go ahead with the bridal alterations / bespoke design quotation this fee is then deducted from the overall balance owing once work is completed.

Bridal alterations that are over €500 require a deposit of 20% before the work begins. If the job is cancelled within 30 days of confirming and paying the deposit, the deposit is refundable. After 30 days the deposit is non refundable.

Bespoke designs require a deposit of 50% before the work begins. The deposit is non refundable once the fabric is ordered. 

All outstanding balances must be paid before or at final collection appointment.

** Any appointments that run over the 1 hour time limit are subject to a fee of an additional charge of €20 per hour.
